  • Sure, prospects need to know the run down on the number of bedrooms in your home, square footage and the like, and I’ll include those important details, of course, but I’ll also take the time to write compelling copy about what makes your home memorable. I’ll highlight those special details in succinct language crafted especially for your home. We need to help your prospects connect with your home’s story so they can imagine writing their own story there.

  • Whether you are a subscriber or not, there is no doubt that social media and web exposure can be extremely useful marketing and communication tools when selling your home. Your home will be positioned on countless real estate sites in addition to exposure on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest.
